We got to sit down with editor, Connie Lechleitner, with the NSBA's The Way To Go Magazine for this episode of Industry Insider. Connie gives great insight into her role as an editor of a fantastic industry magazine, and tells us her favorite things about being involved in a great organization with the National Snaffle Bit Association.

I am the editor of the National Snaffle Bit Association's The Way To Go magazine and am a wife, daughter and horse mom. I'm an Ohio State University graduate in animal science and agricultural communications and before working at The Way To Go I worked for the Ohio Quarter Horse Association for more than 20 years doing their membership magazine, the Congress souvenir program and handling the press/media room for the All American Quarter Horse Congress. I show registered buckskin and Quarter Horses when I have time and love the young ones especially, showing in Longe Line, In Hand Trail, Halter and Showmanship but I also ride Western Pleasure and trail ride when I'm able.
